Grab the factory mirror and turn 90กใ
to either left or right in order to remove it. |

Once the mirror is removed you will need to remove
the metal retainer that holds the mirror base to the windshield.
|

Install the new bracket that is supplied by Mito
Corp so the Mito mirror can be installed. |

Hang the Mito mirror, don't tighten it yet and
remove the factory visors, the grab handle and the A-Pillar trim
piece so you can run the wires. |

Make sure you bundle the wires neatly and wire tie
them out of the way. |

A nice job now will save you time later when you
are trying to re-install the trim pieces. |

You will also have to remove the driver side kick
panel to access the wires and hide them away from view. You can
now feed the wire up the factory fuse box for your ignition so the
Mito mirror works only when the key is on. |

Mito provides the temperature sensor which has to
be mounted behind the bumper. |

Run the wires backwards to the dash and meet up
with the wiring harness you have already installed. |

Connect all the wires together, take up the slack,
wire tie them together, connect the ground and button it up. |

You now have a Mito mirror that provides not only
outside temperature and heading but when the vehicle is placed in
reverse the auto dim feature is turned off so you can see clearly
what you are backing up to. |

Go back and re-check all your panels and don't
forget to tighten the Mito mirror so it doesn't land in your lap
the first time you hit a bump. |
